Return Policy – Star Violet

At Star Violet, we aim to provide a worry-free and enjoyable shopping experience. If your purchase is not entirely to your satisfaction, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Below you will find all the conditions and steps for returning your order.


1. Return Conditions

1.1 Timeframe:
You have up to 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.

1.2 Condition of the Product:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

1.3 Hygiene Products:
Earrings, earcuffs, and piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

1.4 Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.6 Required Information:
All returns must include a note with the order number and the reason for return. Missing this information may delay processing.


2. Return Process

2.2 Receive Instructions:
After receiving your return request, we will send you the return address and further instructions.

2.3 Return Processing:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

2.4 Refusal of Returns:
Star Violet reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is no longer in its original condition. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
