Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed and undamaged, including original labels and packaging. No make-up stains or perfume smells. Provide proof of purchase.
Returns process:

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process the refund."
Guarantee
Unfortunately we cannot offer a washing guarantee for our items. Any problems after washing are your own responsibility.
If there is a production error within 24 hours of receipt, please report this by email to orders@starviolet.nl , including photos.
We offer a 14-day warranty for buckles, zippers, buttons or other closures. Loose threads (finishing threads) are not covered by the warranty.
Pulling of clothing caused by friction with other materials is not covered by the warranty. We take no responsibility for this.
We offer no guarantee for loops, hooks and lint on crocheted (wool) sweaters and cardigans.
